I wanted to give some feedback on the Real Estate Crash Course you have produced.
As an experienced real estate investor since 1997, I have made PLENTY of mistakes. As a result, I have missed TONS of opportunities simply because I didn’t have a mentor, or a clear-cut procedure for processing the properties I purchased, sold, or leased to tenants. Although I did reasonably well with my investments, I can see so many ways that I left money behind, or more importantly, time and energy. Now that I have scoured through your course, I can see so many ways to streamline, and that translates to $$$ saved!
As this market is going through this next down cycle, I wanted to be better prepared to take advantage of opportunities, streamline processes, and maximize profits.
I’ve networked over the decades with other people that were real estate investors, but it is difficult to get to the nuts-and-bolts of methods they have implemented that have helped streamline THEIR processes. It just takes too much time from them, and some of their processes don’t seem to be much (if at all) better than the processes I used myself.
After getting about 8 videos in, I realized that if I stopped the course right then, that it had paid for itself.
One of the most valuable parts is that when it is time to finally pounce on properties, the student can take the MLS prospects or private leads, organize them in orders of importance, and dissect each prospective property in order to have clear processes for proceeding.
Students can refer back to the video that covers any challenges you may find for each property as well. Once you're organized and ready to move into negotiations, you can print off the PDF outlines below each lesson and use it as a checklist before signing.
Anyway, I could go on forever on how this will help the student, so I will conclude with a big THANK YOU for making this Crash Course!! :-)

Hey Travis,
I kept debating on whether to buy the course because I'm already doing courses for my real estate renewal. I went for it and I would use your videos as a wake me up when I couldn't focus. I had to pace myself and focus on what you were discussing with each video. I've been an agent for a year and a half now and I got to help a handful of my family members find homes or land during that time. I am working on putting all your lessons together into practice. I'm working on getting my LLC's together and looking of a real estate attorney. I have a lender I want to go and speak with in person that I know personally and used for 2 clients and hope to find a few more. I want to be more than ready once the time comes for us to dive into the market again.
